The Medien Center Edition applications are powerful and extensive tools designed to manage media collections. Each Edition is tailored to meet the varied needs of different user groups.
Home Edition
The
Home Edition
is a single-user system that saves its data into a local Microsoft Access database. Designed as an entry-level system it is of modular build – this means that the different collection categories (books, music, movies and software) can be purchased separately or in combinations. You can purchase the book category and additionally the music category for example. This makes this edition not only flexible in its use but also in its price. (

Premium Edition
The
Premium Edition
can be purchased as a single- or multi-user (MB) system. Its uses - like the Home Edition - a Microsoft Access database to save data and includes all media categories by default. In addition to the Home Edition it offers greatly extended functionality and makes it therefore the preferred solutions for the more ambitious user, collector or smaller library. This version contains for example user defined fields, powerful grouping functions, quick entry via ISBN or EAN (list and scanner), the option to create own reports. (

Enterprise Edition
The
Enterprise Edition
is a multi-user system for libraries, schools, companies with their own library, etc. with a large volume of media. It will also suit collectors who want to enjoy the benefits of a professional database. This edition can use either a Microsoft SQL Server or a MySQL server database and allows therefore the maintenance of a virtually unlimited volume of media. (
